Job Description

As an ERP Product Manager at Enpal you will work on complex problems in delivering integrated solutions: ranging from improving existing processes within the ERP to implementing new processes for growing businesses within the company such as heat pump or the B2B business.

  • Lead end-to-end development of our digital products within the Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Supply Chain (D365 F&O) ecosystem and beyond (e.g. future D365 modules and Azure stack components)

  • Evaluate user experience, develop concepts, conduct testing, and oversee product and D365 feature deployment as well as ensure stakeholder/end-user training

  • Have a complete overview of all end-to-end processes relevant to the ERP and challenge the existing process landscape

  • Manage business and technical stakeholders across the company

  • Draft and own Enpals ERP roadmap

  • Ensure proper and structured requirement gathering from the business domains and enable translation into technical requirements

  • Moderate and drive daily standups, sprint planning and backlog refinement in line with the agile methodology

  • Oversee sub-projects and ensure timely delivery

  • Manage external vendors and partners that we work and manage the budget

  • Define long-term KPIs that track system and process performance

Qualifications

We are looking for roughly a 50% fit for what we ask. The other 50% is a surprise to us, it is the magic you bring to the table and the diversity in which you make us grow. You:

  • have 3-5 years of experience in digital product management with ERPs (preferably, but not a must, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain)

  • can effortlessly reason about product solutions on different abstraction levels, are great at empathizing with users and stakeholders, can define MVP and continuous improvements, set out roadmaps with quick wins and product direction.

  • have strong interest in digital technologies, digitalization processes and usability

  • have a Hands-on mentality, excellent analytical skills, and adaptability to a dynamic environment

  • familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps, Jira, Miro

  • are inspired by the energy transition and want to make a difference. We are one of the biggest players in the solar business and want to make this change with you
