About the team

You will be part of the Venture Development Enablement. The team consists of people with different academic backgrounds in tech and business and is responsible for the development of the department with over 500 employees. We work closely together to solve impactful challenges and support each other with ideas, insights, and a great team spirit.

From a tech perspective, we aim to increase the degree of automation and improve the quality of our processes to scale our department even further. We have a tech roadmap and product management but also offer flexibility for the ideas of our new Software Engineer.

Job Description

Qualifications

• You have 1-4 years of software engineering experience with a full-stack focus (internships and full-time).
• Experienced in designing systems from the user frontend to backend computing (full-stack).
• You worked with cloud service providers, e.g. Azure.
• Knowledgeable in DevOps best practices and the development life cycle.
• Expertise in either Python or C# for backend development, and experience with a JavaScript frontend framework like React.
• You have worked in a fast-paced and dynamic environment start-up and keep a cool head when stakeholders' demands change.
• Interested in working in a mixed team of business and tech.
