Job Description

• You will lead cross-functional projects with focus on product development/product introduction and quality management – from analysis and conception to implementation and roll-out with measurable impact
• You will establish and optimize processes for quality/performance management across the organization as part of an operating model transformation project
• You will develop/manage the development of analytics and automatization solutions in collaboration with the data and tech organizations to continuously improve our data-driven mindset, streamline key processes, and consistently challenge the impact of new initiatives

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed a Master's degree in engineering, computer science or natural sciences
• You have 1-3 years of professional experience, e.g. in management/tech consulting, business development, project management
• Ideally you have personally structured and led workstreams or projects or have experience from highly dynamic work environments such as (scaling) start-ups
• Ideally you have experience in data analysis (e.g. Excel, Python, or SQL) and low-code applications, e.g. for automation (e.g., PowerAutomate, Airtable)
• You can manage your own workstreams and enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams.
• You have an analytical, proactive, and highly solution-oriented approach
• You embody determination, a high degree of proactivity, and a sense of responsibility
• You set high standards for yourself and others and demonstrate a can-do attitude that motivates others
• You can communicate confidently in German (at least C1) and English (at least C1)
