Just-Evotec Biologics recherche son Responsable Assurance Qualité produits (F/H/D).

Finalité de la fonction :

Dans le cadre du projet de construction d’un site de fabrication de biomédicaments, vous assurez la mise en place et la gestion du service Assurance Qualité Produit.

Vous êtes le garant de la fiabilité des informations fournies par les personnes intervenant dans chaque étape de la vie du produit. Vous garantissez la conformité des dossiers de lot et procédez à leur certification/confirmation pharmaceutique.

Vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié de la bioproduction en vue d’assurer le traitement des dossiers de non conformités et des réclamations et du développement en vue de l’introduction de nouveaux produits.

Vous garantissez la conformité aux Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication et le respect de la Politique Qualité de la société.

Vous serez donc principalement amené.e. à :

• Mettre en place et assurer la gestion du service, avec notamment :

  • Mise en place et gestion de la revue et des dossiers de lot de bioproduits

  • Mise en place et gestion du processus de gestion non-conformités

  • Assurer la revue des dossiers de lot et la certification pharmaceutique par délégation du pharmacien responsable

  • Assurer la revue et l’approbation des documents relatifs a la conformité des matières premières de départ

  • Assurer le suivi et la conclusion des rapports de non-conformités relatifs à la fabrication, au contrôle et au stockage des produits

  • Assurer le suivi des actions correctives, préventives et des changements relatifs à votre périmètre

• Garantir le respect des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication en organisant et contrôlant la mise en œuvre de ce processus.

Vous aurez également la responsabilité de :

• Rédiger et tenir à jour les procédures et veiller aux évolutions de la règlementation de votre périmètre.

• Gérer le budget relatif à votre activité et contribuer à définir les besoins de votre service.

• Recruter les éventuels futurs collaborateurs de votre service, avec le concours du service RH, ainsi qu’assurer leur formation, le développement des compétences et de la polyvalence, en cohérence avec la politique de l’entreprise.

• Collecter et escalader les données relatives aux revues qualité produit et aux dossiers règlementaires de l’établissement.

• Mettre en place et exploiter les outils de suivi de la performance qualité de votre périmètre et les remontées vers les revues de direction en lien avec le/la responsable des systèmes qualité ;

• Assurer le reporting de votre périmètre auprès de votre supérieur hiérarchique

Vous serez amené.e à représenter votre périmètre au cours des audits clients et inspections d’autorités et à participer activement à l’organisation et à la tenue de ces derniers. Vous pourrez par ailleurs être amené.e à faire partie du pool d’auditeurs interne de l’établissement.

Qualifications :

Vous êtes pharmacien diplômé et inscriptible à la section B du conseil de l’ordre, avec une expérience opérationnelle réussie d’au moins 3 à 5 ans au sein d’un établissement pharmaceutique fabricant.

Vous possédez une spécialisation en biotechnologies et/ou êtes familière.er des environnements de production industriel biotechnologiques.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités relationnelles, d’écoute et pour votre esprit d’équipe, vous aimez le challenge et vous aventurer sur des sujets non encore explorés.

Vous disposez de très bonnes capacités d’analyse, d’organisation et de synthèse, vous avez une forte capacité d’adaptation et êtes autonome. Vous avez un niveau d’anglais courant aussi bien à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.

Job title: Product Quality Assurance Manager

Just-Evotec Biologics is seeking a highly motivated Product Quality Assurance Manager (F/M/D).

Job purpose:

As part of a project to build a biomedical manufacturing site, you will be responsible for setting up and managing the Product Quality Assurance department.

You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of information provided by stakeholders at every stage of the product life cycle. You will guarantee the conformity of batch records and proceed with their pharmaceutical certification/confirmation.

You are the main point of contact for biomanufacturing to ensure the handling of non-conformities and complaints, and for development with a view to the introduction of new products.

You will ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices and the company's quality policy.

You will therefore mainly be required to:

• Set up and manage the department, including :

  • Setting up and managing bioproduct batch reviews and registrations

  • Setting up and managing the non-conformity management process

  • Ensure batch record review and pharmaceutical certification on behalf of the responsible pharmacist

  • Review and approve raw material compliance documents

  • Ensure the follow-up and conclusion of non-conformity reports relating to the manufacture, control and storage of products.

  • Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and changes relating to your area of responsibility.

• Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices by organizing and monitoring the implementation of this process.

You will also be responsible for :

• Drafting and updating procedures, and monitoring regulatory changes within your scope.

• Manage the budget linked to your activity and contribute to the definition of your department's needs.

• Recruit potential future employees for your department, with the support of the HR department, and oversee their training, skills development and versatility, in line with company policy.

• Collect and report data relating to the plant's product quality reviews and regulatory files.

• Implement and use tools to monitor quality performance within his/her scope, and provide feedback during management reviews in conjunction with the Quality Systems Manager;

• Report on your area of responsibility to your line manager.

You will represent your scope during customer audits and authority inspections, and play an active role in organizing and conducting these audits. You may also be asked to join the establishment's pool of internal auditors.

Qualifications:

You are a pharmacist, with French recognized diploma and qualified to be registered at section B of the French pharmacist professional board, with at least 3 to 5 years' successful operational experience in a pharmaceutical production facility.

You have a specialization in biotechnologies and/or are familiar with biotechnological industrial production environments.

You are recognized for your listening and interpersonal skills, as well as for your team spirit. You enjoy taking on challenges and venturing into unexplored fields.

You have excellent analytical, organizational and summarizing skills, and are highly adaptable and autonomous.

You are fluent/native in written and spoken French.
