At Evotec’s headquarters in Hamburg, Germany, the Global Internal Audit team is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated

IT Internal Auditor (all genders)

Full-time and permanent

In the role as a IT Internal Auditor at Evotec, you are contributing to the development of the Global Internal Audit function in terms of internal audit processes, procedures, methodologies and tools.

Your key responsibilities:

• Perform testing of general IT Controls, application controls, and key reports testing as part of the SOX testing cycle
• Perform IT audits at different levels including IT governance, IT security and operations
• Select, develop, implement and support tools & techniques for data enabled internal audit
• Support business auditors in integrated audits
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain status of the resolution of audit observations and recommendations.

Your ideal qualifications:

• University degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• Professional working experience in IT auditing with knowledge of data governance/ management, internal control systems or SOX and data analytics
• Professional certification (CISA or equivalent) (or willingness to complete) and knowledge of SAP is desirable
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, to effectively present to peers and management
• Responsible work ethic, self-starter mentality, and proficient at collaborating and assigning tasks with other members of the internal audit project team
• Practiced in making constructive suggestions for change and placing them in a target-oriented manner within the organization
• Professional language skills in verbal and written English, knowledge of further European language is advantageous (German, Italian, French)
