As a Systems Engineer specializing in M365 Messaging, Conferencing, and Video, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing communication and collaboration solutions within the M365 ecosystem. Your responsibilities will span across messaging, virtual meetings, and multimedia services, ensuring seamless user experiences and efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

M365 Messaging and Conferencing Administration:

• Configure and maintain M365 messaging services, including Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.
• Manage mailboxes, distribution groups, and email routing.
• Set up and optimize virtual meetings, webinars, and video conferencing using Teams.

Video Collaboration Solutions:

• Implement and manage video collaboration tools within M365, such as Teams for meetings and webinars.
• Ensure smooth integration of video conferencing, screen sharing, and recording features.
• Troubleshoot video-related issues and enhance user adoption.

Hybrid Connectivity:

• Configure hybrid connectivity between on-premises systems and M365 services.
• Integrate video endpoints (hardware or software) with M365 collaboration tools.

Security and Compliance:

• Implement data loss prevention (DLP) policies for messaging and video content.
• Monitor compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.

User Support and Training:

• Provide end-user support for messaging, conferencing, and video-related queries.
• Conduct training sessions to promote effective use of M365 features.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in managing M365 messaging services (Exchange Online, Teams) and video collaboration tools.
• Familiarity with video conferencing hardware, codecs, and protocols.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Certifications related to M365 (such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate) and video collaboration (e.g., Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate) are advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
