As our Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution. You will hold the strategic vision for the Dutch market while rolling up your sleeves to ensure flawless delivery. Job Description
- Vision & Strategy: Own the marketing campaign calendar for the Netherlands, using market analysis, consumer insights, and trends to build high-impact strategies. Act as the ultimate local guardian of our brand, maintaining a deep, customer-first mindset in everything we put out;
- On- & Off-Platform Visibility: You are accountable for all communication in the Dutch market. You will ensure that campaigns are translated into cohesive, high-impact communications across all on-platform and off-platform channels, working closely with relevant teams to ensure assets meet market criteria and are customer-relevant;
- Hands-on Execution: Ideate and implement multi-channel campaigns from scratch. You don't just pass off ideas - you ensure they get over the finish line. This means being fully hands-on when needed, whether that’s setting campaigns live, copywriting, or jumping into asset creation alongside your designer;
- Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with the rest of the Marketing department and the Commercial Team (who owns assortment listing, pricing, discounts and retail media). Together, you will ensure our marketing campaigns are deeply integrated with the commercial strategy to drive highly relevant, impactful offers for our customers;
- Performance & Accountability: Drive marketing campaigns and regularly report on campaign success to local and central stakeholders, and own the necessary adjustments to deliver results.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing management within a fast-paced environment (retail, e-commerce, or start/scale-up). You thrive in small, dynamic teams rather than big corporate structures and know how to drive massive impact even with limited resources.
- Customer-First & Insight-Driven: You possess a strong customer-first mindset. You know how to take consumer insights, local market trends and feedback and turn them into intuitive, creative and highly relevant campaigns. You constantly stay close to the numbers and own the necessary adjustments to deliver success.
- Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: You are a people person with strong stakeholder management skills, capable of effectively aligning, discussing, and collaborating across cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward.
- The Mindset: A rare mix of a visionary growth-mindset and a practical, hands-on work ethic. You love to optimize, experiment, and execute. You are genuinely excited to roll up your sleeves to get things live.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch (native) and English. Understanding the nuances of the Dutch consumer market is essential.
Additional Information
For this role as a Senior Marketing Manager (m/f/d), the starting remuneration is as follows:
The base pay for this position is 58.000 EUR - 75.000 EUR gross yearly (including 8% vacation allowance).
