As a Full Stack Engineer at Foot Locker, you will take on a more advanced role in the design and development of complex software solutions. Your expertise in Java, JavaScript, microservices, and cloud platforms will be essential in building high-performance applications. In addition to your technical contributions, you'll mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure code quality. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll address challenging business problems and recommend system enhancements for improved productivity and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in full-stack development
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one server-side programming language (e.g., Python, Java)
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Webpack)
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with digital analytics solutions (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $80000 -$110000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
