Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Product Manager to lead our Customer Care and Post Purchase space. As the CC + PP Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our customer care, returns and post purchase communication/experience products, ensuring they align with the company's overall objectives and customer needs. This individual relies on their deep understanding of the target market/industry to collaborate with business domain partners and subject-matter experts to identify solutions and solve complex problems. The role interacts with their pod and relevant stakeholders to translate the vision into a delivery roadmap that considers organizational milestones, sequencing, capacity constraints, and dependencies. They identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships with other teams and groups in the organization to improve overall delivery effectiveness.


Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and communicate a compelling product strategy and vision for customer care and post purchase experiences, aligning with Foot Locker’s business objectives.
  • Lead Agile Pods: Support agile methodologies within the customer care and post purchase pod, focusing on delivery and value creation against aligned objectives and key results (OKRs).
  • Roadmap Development: Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines prioritized features, enhancements, and innovates for our distributed order management capabilities.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, customer care, marketing, omni-operations and other departments to ensure successful execution of product initiatives. Foster a culture of collaboration and cross-functional communication.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs within the space and utilize insights to drive product decisions.
  • Customer Insights: Deeply understand customer behavior, preferences, and pain points through user research, data analysis, and direct interactions and translate insights into actionable product improvements.
  • Product Development: Lead end-to-end product development processes from concept to launch ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery of products.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track objectives and key results (OKRs) for customer care and post purchase product space. Regularly assess product performance and iterate on strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product updates, progress and insights to executive leadership, stakeholders, and relevant teams within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on customer care or adjacent capabilities such as e-commerce, returns, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of customer care and post purchase experience technology solutions. Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices is essential.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence without authority.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and prioritize effectively.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and build strong working relationships across the organization.
  • Results-Driven: Passion for building great products and delivering exceptional user experiences. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to change.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $133000 - $160000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
