Overview

WSS is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Administrator to provide comprehensive support to the Senior Vice President/General Manager and the Merchandising leadership team. This role is central to ensuring smooth daily operations, enabling leadership to focus on strategic priorities, and helping the merchandising organization operate with clarity, efficiency, and alignment.

Responsibilities

Executive Support

· Manage complex calendars, including scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones and business units.

· Prepare leadership for meetings by organizing agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up actions.

· Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

· Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting for the SVP/GM.

· Serve as a trusted partner who anticipates needs, identifies gaps, and proactively solves problems.

Merchandising Team Support

· Provide administrative and operational support to the merchandising leadership team, including meeting coordination, reporting support, and communication flow.

· Assist with seasonal milestone planning, line reviews, vendor meetings, and cross-functional alignment.

· Maintain team documentation, shared drives, and organizational tools to ensure information is accessible and up to date.

· Support onboarding for new merchandising team members.

Operational & Cross-Functional Coordination

· Act as a liaison between the SVP/GM, merchandising, store operations, HR, finance, and other internal partners.

· Coordinate leadership meetings, company townhalls, offsites, and team events, including logistics, agendas, and materials.

· Track key deadlines, deliverables, and business rhythms to ensure the team stays on schedule.

· Support communication flow by drafting memos, announcements, and meeting summaries.

Process & Office Management

· Streamline administrative processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

· Manage office needs, supplies, and vendor relationships as required.

· Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoice processing for the merchandising organization.

Qualifications

· 5+ years of administrative experience supporting senior leaders; retail or merchandising experience strongly preferred.

· Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and collaboration tools.

· Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt quickly to changing business needs. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, especially in community‑focused markets.

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $88,000 – $110,000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
