Foot Locker’s supply chain is the backbone of delivering a seamless experience to our customers across Europe—both in-store and online. Our network includes over 600 retail stores, a recently opened omni-channel warehouse in Haps, and a third-party logistics (3PL) facility in Corby, UK. Together, these hubs ensure timely fulfillment of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) orders and replenishment for Wholesale (WTS) channels.
As an Analyst Compliance EMEA, you will play a key role in strengthening our compliance and ESG programs across the region. Your mission is to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies by monitoring operations, identifying risks, and implementing effective compliance measures. You’ll research regulations, review procedures, analyze master data, prepare reports, and support risk mitigation strategies.
Responsibilities
- Monitor compliance and ESG data, create reports, and identify trends.
- Support internal audits and review documentation to ensure compliance.
- Create/Coordinate/support on SOP creation and review.
- Maintain Compliance central storage/sharepoint.
- Assess risks in data sets and report findings.
- Communicate compliance measures and coordinate resolutions with business partners.
- Interpret customs procedures (HS Nomenclature, Country of Origin), additional customs knowledge is a pre.
- Foster collaboration across departments such as Warehouse Operations, Transportation, Customer Service, Finance, and Risk Management.
- Participate in larger Compliance projects.
- Support on all kind of different compliance/ESG topics.
Qualifications
- MBO+/HBO, Degree in Supply Chain, Customs, Trade Compliance, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in trade compliance or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to structure processes.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present information effectively.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and Word. Power BI a plus.
