Overview

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our corporate functions across multiple departments. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to execute talent strategies that drive performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

The Senior Manager will play a critical role in translating people strategies into actionable plans, supporting business transformation, and fostering a positive, inclusive employee experience. Responsibilities

· Partner with functional leaders to execute and embed HR strategies that support business objectives, organizational health, and cultural priorities.

· Support the integration, standardization, and continuous improvement of HR programs and processes in collaboration with HR COEs, Shared Services, and cross-functional partners.

· Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing guidance on performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.

· Use data and insights to inform people-related decisions, including engagement, turnover, workforce planning, compensation analysis, and performance outcomes.

· Execute talent management initiatives such as performance management, development planning, and succession planning in alignment with the talent strategy.

· Partner with leaders and HR peers to support organizational design efforts, including role clarity, capability alignment, and goal setting.

· Support change management initiatives by helping leaders navigate transformation efforts and reinforcing adoption of new ways of working.

· Collaborate with HR partners to ensure alignment and consistency across processes, policies, and employee experience.

· Contribute to the development of HR capabilities and best practices by sharing insights, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting broader HR initiatives.

· Manage projects or workstreams as assigned, ensuring timely execution and high-quality outcomes.

· Additional responsibilities as needed.


Qualifications

  • · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required.

    · Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a matrixed, or retail environment.

    · Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders and executing HR strategies that drive business results.

    · Strong analytical skills with the ability to use HR data to identify trends, inform decisions, and recommend solutions.

    · Proven ability to influence and build relationships across multiple levels of the organization.

    · Strong bias for action, with the ability to prioritize, manage complexity, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

    · Demonstrated capability in areas such as performance management, talent development, employee relations, and change management.

    · Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

    · Strong project management skills, including organization, prioritization, and time management.

    · Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with sound judgment and professionalism.

    · Willingness to travel as needed to support the business.

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $110,000-$130,000, this range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
