Responsibilities

  • Manage Rosters: Create and manage efficient schedules to meet business needs while supporting work-life balance.
  • Sales & Budget Accountability: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, ensuring targets and budgets are met.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory management, shrinkage control, and compliance with company policies.
  • Strategic Planning: Analyze store performance and implement action plans to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience (2+ years) in a customer-facing retail or sales environment.
  • Confidence in engaging customers and delivering an elevated experience.
  • A results-driven mindset fueled by enthusiasm for people and products.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, omni-channel retail world.
  • Strong problem-solving and financial analysis skills.
