Overview

At Foot Locker we obsess over the customer. This is where you come in! We are looking for multiple part-time Customer Care Specialists, a role that is vital to our company's success. You will be responsible for providing a positive customer experience through compassion and problem-solving.

This position provides flexible scheduling and the opportunity to expand your career by learning about the business.

This position is on-site at our contact center located at 111 S. 1st St., Wausau, WI 54401.

Next training start date: Monday, June 8th

Training: You will attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training from either 8:00am-12:30pm or 4:00pm-8:30pm Monday-Friday.

Scheduling: Hours are available between 7am-11am and 5pm-9pm Monday-Friday. You will set your own availability for scheduling within these timeframes; a minimum of 8 hours of availability to work per week is required.

Pay rate: $16 / hour

Responsibilities

  • Providing superior customer service over the phone to assist customers with questions or concerns around orders they've placed online, shipment tracking, product availability, etc.
  • Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs
  • Efficiently entering customer information and conversation notes into the order management system
  • Providing customer service to our Foot Locker Retail Store Associates as they place orders for their customers

Qualifications

  • Proficient computer navigation skills including ability to multi-task
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to be polite and professional while speaking with customers
  • Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
