Overview

The Director, Omni Order Management is a leadership role responsible for the strategy, execution and continuous improvement of Foot Locker's omnichannel order management capabilities. This leader will oversee all aspects of order orchestration - from ship-to-home and BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store) to estimated delivery date (EDD) accuracy, post-purchase experience and returns operations. Reporting to the Senior Director of Omnichannel Fulfillment, the Director will manage a team of analysts and serve as the primary owner of the order management technology roadmap in partnership with IT and vendor stakeholders.


Responsibilities

•Define and lead the omnichannel order management strategy, encompassing ship-to-home, BOPIS, EDD, post-purchase communications and returns.
•Own the performance of the order management platform, driving improvements in order accuracy, fulfillment speed and customer experience.
•Lead, coach and develop a team of analysts across Fulfillment, BOPIS, EDD, Post-Purchase and Returns.
•Serve as the business owner for order management systems and integrations, partnering closely with IT and vendors.
•Drive cross-functional alignment with Store Operations, Technology, Supply Chain and Customer Experience teams.
•Oversee the Returns and cross-banner order management processes, ensuring operational consistency across Foot Locker banners.
•Lead peak planning cycles including holiday, back-to-school and major launch events from an order management perspective.
•Represent omni order management in executive forums; develop and present business cases for capability investments.


Qualifications

•10+ years of progressive experience in omnichannel operations, order management or supply chain, with at least 3 years in a director-level or management role.
•Deep expertise in order management systems (OMS), BOPIS operations and post-purchase customer experience.
•Proven track record of effectively leading teams and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
•Experience in a multi-banner or enterprise retail environment strongly preferred.
•Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive strategic decisions.
•Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and/or BI tools for data analysis and reporting.
•Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations or a related field required.

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $147,500-$184,800/yr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
