Overview

The Senior Manager, Last Mile & Execution is a critical leadership role within Foot Locker's organization. This individual will oversee the end-to-end last mile and direct-to-consumer fulfillment strategy, driving operational excellence across carrier management, delivery experience and DTC fulfillment execution. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Omnichannel Fulfillment, the Senior Manager will lead a team of analysts and serve as the subject matter expert for all last mile and DTC initiatives.


Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Last Mile & Fulfillment pod, including direct oversight of analysts supporting carrier performance and returns operations.
• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for last mile delivery, carrier network optimization and DTC fulfillment.
• Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Technology and Store Operations to align fulfillment capabilities with business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery speed, cost-per-shipment and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Manage day-to-day operational performance of fulfillment centers as it relates to outbound DTC volume.
• Define and monitor KPIs including on-time delivery, carrier OTIF, cost-per-unit and returns processing efficiency.
• Support peak season planning (Back to School, Holiday).
• Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to VP-level stakeholders


Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or fulfillment operations, with at least 3 years in a
people management role.
• Deep expertise in last mile carrier management (UPS, FedEx, USPS, regional carriers) and DTC
fulfillment operations.
• Experience in a high-volume retail or e-commerce environment strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and
advanced Excel.
• Demonstrated ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate carrier contracts.
• Excellent communication and executive presence; ability to present to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field required.

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $119100-146900 /yr. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below:
