Foot Locker Asia Pacific is seeking a part-time (0.6 FTE) Learning & Development Specialist to join our HR team, delivering L&D and talent management initiatives that drive capability, performance, and engagement across our store and corporate teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs aligned with business goals, including onboarding, technical skills, compliance, and leadership development
- Create engaging learning materials (e-learning, guides, presentations, and videos)
- Partner with local and global teams to implement learning and talent initiatives
- Support engagement, wellbeing, and diversity & inclusion strategies
- Contribute to succession planning and capability development frameworks
- Lead or support key people-related projects and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Proven experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs
- Previous experience in retail industry would be highly advantageous
- Passionate about creating engaging learning experiences and materials
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate business needs into practical learning solutions
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Adaptable in a fast-paced environment to change priorities and flex the workload
