The Manager, Data Integrity is responsible for ensuring data quality and governance of merchandise attribution. With a team of Data Integrity Specialists, this role is responsible for item creation, attribute maintenance, family code maintenance, vendor size chart maintenance, and vendor deadline calendar maintenance. This role requires close collaboration with the buying team as well as in-depth product knowledge.
We are looking for a passionate and talented individual to join the North America Merchandise Strategy and Operations team at Foot Locker Inc. As Manager, Data Integrity, you and your team of five, will provide timely and high-quality product attribution that is used to drive business decisions. The role will require the ability to work cross functionally with key partners including buying, assortment planning, and our data-management technology team.

Responsibilities
- Oversees the Data Integrity Specialists to ensure all styles are created on time per submitted item creation plans. Ensures daily KPI’s are tracked and monitored to ensure completion of all style creation responsibilities. Works directly with the Merchandise Service Specialists and managers to accomplish these goals.
- Manage and maintain the vendor deadline purchase order calendar to ensure workflows are being balanced between the Data Integrity team and Merchandise Service teams on style and PO creation.
- Responsible for style/color attribute maintenance as needed per requests for updates, additions or error correction.
- Responsible for working with the merchant teams to apply Family Codes as needed on youth footwear so the online product detail pages are enhanced for better customer service and sales potential.
- Responsible for proper set up and maintenance of vendor-sizing charts to ensure accurate information is online for our customers.
- Responsible for being the SME (Subject Matter Expert) for all Product Master application enhancements; this includes defining requirements, testing, functional and data validation, and final sign-off for work to go into the production application.
- Maintain master data values and serve as the gatekeeper for business change requests. Follow data governance policies, procedures, and standards in all data-related activities. Identify and address data quality issues, escalating unresolved problems.
- Manages the team and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience of relevant retail experience
• Prior experience in the product data management, data entry, and data quality management
• Ability to establish relationships and work effectively with all internal and external partners
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency while remaining organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office including data analysis and transformation
• Process Oriented – ability to document current state processes and to designs new workflows and procedures.

Benefits
The annual base salary range is $90,000 - $100,000/ year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
