The Senior Manager, Creative Production is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing end-to-end creative production across all photoshoots and content initiatives. This individual partners closely with Creative, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure creative projects are strategically aligned, efficiently executed, and delivered at the highest quality.
This role serves as the bridge between concept and execution - translating briefs into actionable plans, driving clarity, and ensuring teams are set up for success from kickoff through final delivery.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end production for photoshoots, from pre-production through post-production and final asset delivery
- Oversee on-set photoshoot execution to ensure creative vision, brand standards, deliverables, and timelines are met (including shotlist ownership, product management, and orchestration across all crew and teams on set)
- Intake and translate briefs into actionable production plans and timelines for the internal Creative team
- Proactively manage multiple projects simultaneously, anticipating risks and resolving issues before they impact execution and delivery
- Own and manage production budgets across creative projects, ensuring cost efficiency and accuracy
- Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, holding teams accountable to key milestones
- Manage relationships with external creative partners, including the main production agency, content creators, creative agencies, and freelancers – overseeing administrative, briefs, feedback loops, shareout back to internal teams
- Manage contracts, statements of work, negotiations, PO’s and invoicing for creative partners
- Lead and develop a team of producers (internal and freelance)
- Local and some overnight travel
Qualifications
- BA/BS (or equivalent degree) in arts, communications, or marketing
- 6+ years of experience in creative production, preferably within retail or fashion
- Proven experience managing large-scale photoshoots and high-volume content production
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams
- Deep understanding of creative workflows, from concept through final delivery
- Expertise in managing internal and external creative teams through the production process (designers, photographers, videographers, creative agencies)
- Experience managing budgets, contracts, and external vendors

Benefits
The annual base salary range is $105,000 - $120,000/ year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
