Overview (Text Only)

Are you an eCommerce professional with strong web development skills and experience in A/B testing? Are you looking for a role that combines hands-on front-end work with cross-functional problem solving to improve digital performance and operational efficiency? Foot Locker is looking for a Digital Operations & Experimentation Specialist to join our Ecommerce team. This is not a Front-End Developer role, but a unique opportunity to blend experimentation, optimisation, and real business problem-solving. You’ll own our A/B testing and personalisation roadmap, using data to continuously improve performance. At the same time, you’ll partner across merchandising, logistics, customer experience, and marketing to identify friction points, investigate root causes, and drive meaningful improvements. Sitting outside of core development teams, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting the dots, solving problems end-to-end, and turning insights into impact.
Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver the A/B testing and personalisation roadmap to drive conversion and performance
  • Design, build, and analyse experiments, translating data into clear, actionable insights
  • Implement test variations using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Identify friction points across the customer journey and operational processes
  • Investigate root causes of technical and operational issues, and drive solutions
  • Partner cross-functionally (Product, Marketing, CX, Supply Chain) to improve end-to-end performance
  • Ensure experiments and improvements are accurately implemented and delivered end-to-end

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build A/B tests is essential
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms (e.g. Monetate, Adobe Target)
  • Previous experiences as CRO/ Personalisation Specialist would be ideal
  • Previous experience in eCommerce, with a genuine interest in bridging the gap between operational requirements and technical solutions
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel)
  • A systems-thinking mindset with strong diagnostic, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and navigate ambiguity

Benefits

  • Be part of a global, iconic retail brand with bold growth ambitions
  • Generous Employee Discount – wear your favorite kicks at work!
  • Hybrid work arrangement with on-site parking!
  • A collaborative and inclusive culture that values your contribution
