We are looking to hire for multiple roles:
Customer Care Specialists
Payment Specialist
Package Investigations Specialist
This position is on-site at our contact center in Wausau, WI.
Next training start date: Monday, July 6th
Training: You will attend 3 weeks of Customer Care Training.
Scheduling: Monday through Friday. Hours can vary based on role and can be flexible.
Pay rate: $16 / hour

Responsibilities
- Providing superior customer service over the phone to assist customers with questions or concerns around orders they've placed online, shipment tracking, product availability, etc.
- Empathizing with and prioritizing customer needs
- Efficiently entering customer information and conversation notes into the order management system
- Providing customer service to our Foot Locker Retail Store Associates as they place orders for their customers
Qualifications
- Proficient computer navigation skills including ability to multi-task
- Positive attitude
- Ability to be polite and professional while speaking with customers
- Previous customer service experience is helpful but not required
