Foot Locker APAC is looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension or permanency. In this role, you will support financial planning, reporting, and deliver actionable business insights.
Responsibilities
- Support short-, mid-, and long-term financial planning, including budgeting and forecasting
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting across the APAC region
- Analyse business performance, identifying risks and opportunities to improve outcomes
- Partner with teams across operations, marketing, and real estate to manage spend and drive performance
- Provide scenario modelling and financial insights to support decision-making
- Contribute to month-end processes, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards to enhance business visibility
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency
Qualifications
- 2–4 years’ experience in FP&A or a commercial analyst role within a sizable organisation; however, we’re open to candidates from different backgrounds with a strong commercial mindset and willingness to learn
- Retail or FMCG experience is highly regarded
- CPA/CA qualified (or working towards) is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
