We’re seeking an Associate Manager, Paid Search, eager to push paid search best practices and innovative paid search and shopping campaigns for Foot Locker. The Associate Manager, Paid Search is responsible for assisting with developing, executing, and monitoring strategic and tactical paid search plans in Google for Foot Locker. The Associate Manager, Paid Search supports the business through creative and innovative solutions to meet paid search KPIs, while also exemplifying superior organizational and project management skills to bring those solutions to life.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Work alongside Sr. Manager of Paid Search to develop and execute paid search, shopping and YouTube campaigns to drive growth in revenue, efficiency and brand consideration for the Foot Locker brand.
- Serve as the dedicated paid search subject matter expert for Foot Locker brand team on a day-to-day basis. Answering questions, problem solving and serving as a trusted business partner.
- Align with brand team on creative needs for paid search, shopping and YouTube campaigns and populate creative intake forms.
- Showcase problem solving skills and work autonomously to accomplish daily tasks with brand team, agency and channel partners.
- Pull metrics and data from platform and translate insights from internal data team, platforms, and agency to align with KPIs and help answer overall questions for paid search from internal partners and showcase success
- Work closely with digital marketing agency to oversee paid search campaigns, monitor spend and communicate paid search strategy from the brand to the agency.
- Effectively communicate performance and strategic direction to senior leadership as needed.
- Stay up to date with overall trends and changes within the industry to ensure best practices are being met and actively seek out and pursue emerging opportunities.
- Assist with developing testing plans alongside agency and channel partners to regularly push effective new tactics to maximize performance against KPIs.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance or related field from an accredited university or college.
- 2 years minimum experience in digital marketing with responsibilities in paid search.
- Fundamental understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search Ads 360 or other bid management platforms required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate paid search reporting into meaningful insights.
- Analytical mindset with the capability to identify and speak to insights and observations within paid search.
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel with the ability to utilize Pivot Tables in Excel preferred.
- Certifications in search platforms a plus.

Benefits
The annual base salary range is $65,000-$75,000 This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
