Overview

The Product & Agile Enablement team’s mission is to enable product teams to focus on their customers, surrounding them with lean, easy, friction free ways to align strategies, leverage data to make better decisions, and streamline ways of working. This team is primarily focused on three areas of responsibility: 1) Product Team enablement which includes product team formation, training, launch and agile/product coaching to aid in continuous improvement. 2) Product/Agile tooling, metrics, and dashboards; setting lean standards, configurations, and integrations to unlock the potential for automated transparency. 3) Leading and managing product governance which includes executive strategy alignment routines such as quarterly business reviews, product showcases and strategic alignment planning events.
