Your assignments

• You will be responsible for managing the renewals and contracts of software licenses across the organization.

• You will ensure the compliance, audit, and cost optimization of software assets by following best practices and standards.

• You will define and implement the software asset management (SAM) processes and tools to support the software lifecycle management.

• You will create and publish SAM reports and insights to provide visibility and recommendations on software usage and optimization.

• You will collaborate with various stakeholders, product owners, and software original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to understand and meet the software needs and requirements.

• You will analyze the contracts and licensing terms of different software products and vendors to ensure alignment and compliance.

• You will engage in the software license procurement and budgeting process to support the software acquisition and renewal.

• You will conduct SAM trainings and handle queries/escalations from internal and external customers.

Your profile

• A bachelor's degree in a technical or business field or equivalent experience

• At least 12 years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), including 5 years of leadership role

• Expertise in software licensing models, audit and compliance practices, and asset management tools

• Strong process and asset management skills, with experience in managing end-to-end asset life cycle

• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse and multi-cultural teams

• High resilience and resourcefulness in solving complex problems, with excellent reporting and data skills

• Strong financial acumen and risk management skills, with the ability to plan budgets and persuade proposals

• Analytical and strategic thinker, who can work independently and effectively, and is solution oriented
