Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Product Manager – (Logistics, Customer) to join the Order Tracking UI team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Imagine shaping how millions of users track their orders across 70+ countries, ensuring a clear, reliable and consistent delivery experience. This role is key to ensuring our customers enjoy a delightful order tracking experience across multiple brands, including Talabat, Foodpanda, PedidosYa, Glovo, HungerStation, and the rest of the Delivery Hero group of consumer apps.
You will own and shape the order tracking product, ensuring millions of customers worldwide have a seamless delivery experience.

In our Logistics Team, you’ll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.

Your Mission:

  • Lead the team: this is your opportunity to lead the squad that will revamp the order tracking experience for Delivery Hero’s consumer app brands.
  • Make ideas happen: you will drive the product vision from ideation to successful launch, ensuring every step is executed with excellence and efficiency.
  • Talk data: you will dive deep into data to uncover insights, track performance, and pinpoint exciting opportunities to enhance our product. You will be conducting A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize user journeys.
  • Set and meet your goals: you will create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes features based on business impact, customer feedback, and market trends. You will drive both quarterly and long-term goals and key results, with full responsibility for executing the OKRs.
  • Collaborate: you will partner with cross-functional teams including UX, engineering, analytics and operations to create intuitive, seamless, and engaging order tracking experiences. Ensuring alignment with all stakeholders will be key, including both teams from central and from regional brands.
  • Spread the word: you will share your vision, progress, and wins with key stakeholders at various levels of the organization, and across our diverse international brands.
  • Be the expert: you will become the champion and go-to expert for all things order tracking, driving innovation and excellence across all Delivery Hero brands in this crucial area.
  • Grow with your team: you will foster a culture of growth, continuous improvement and customer-centricity within the team.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong user-centric approach to product development, solid knowledge about how e-commerce and food delivery logistics operations work, and excellent analytical skills.

  • PM Experience: you have 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing mobile apps (iOS, Android). You can define product strategy, build roadmaps, and balance short-term delivery with long-term vision.
  • User Experience: you have a solid understanding of UX design principles and apply them to create intuitive and high-quality products. You proactively integrate user feedback into discovery and delivery.
  • Analytics: you have strong analytical skills and are fluent in relevant KPIs and metrics. You use data and advanced analytics (e.g., data science/ML) to drive decisions, identify causal factors, and connect squad work to business outcomes.
  • Stakeholder management: you have excellent communication and collaboration skills to align with cross-functional teams. You anticipate stakeholder needs, manage trade-offs, and balance competing priorities effectively.
  • Execution: you have proven experience managing trade-offs and dependencies to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. You work closely with engineers and designers, challenging assumptions where needed and clearly communicating product vision and outcomes.
  • Agile: you are experienced with agile methodologies and tools like Jira. You optimize rituals, prioritize effectively, and ensure iterative value delivery in collaboration with your Engineering Manager.
