HelloFresh is looking for a Nordic Tax & Reporting Specialist to take ownership of VAT, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing and Statutory Reporting across Denmark, Sweden and Norway.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-growing technology company operating with physical goods, imports, inventory and cross-border flows — giving you exposure to tax areas that many traditional accounting roles never touch.

You will work closely with Group Tax, external auditors, import partners and local authorities, while also improving and automating tax and reporting processes as the business continues to scale across the Nordics.

What Makes This Role Interesting for a Tax Professional

• Full ownership of VAT, Corporate Tax and tariff validation across DK, SE and NO
• Work with imports, customs, inventory and physical goods flows
• Direct collaboration with Group Tax on Transfer Pricing compliance and documentation

What You’ll Do (The Recipe)

• Audit and reconcile tariffs with importers to validate accuracy and reduce expenses
• Analyze and manage VAT & corporate tax deductions, identifying recovery opportunities
• Prepare quarterly corporate tax accruals and manage preliminary tax payments
• Drive local transfer pricing compliance in collaboration with Group Tax
• Prepare annual statutory accounts and coordinate external audit processes
• Maintain continuous tax compliance and monitor Nordic tax law changes
• Prepare and lodge required governmental and regulatory statistics filings
• Support month-end close, reporting improvements and automation initiatives

• Works today with VAT, corporate tax or statutory reporting
• Has experience in companies dealing with imports, goods, retail, logistics, manufacturing or inventory
• Wants more ownership and visibility than in a traditional accounting role
• Enjoys improving processes, not just maintaining them
• Is comfortable working across multiple Nordic tax frameworks

What You’ll Bring (Your Ingredients)

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
• Strong knowledge of Danish tax law and interest in working across the Nordics (SE/NO)
• Experience from a fast-paced business environment
• Understanding of data structures, systems and financial workflows
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Experience with ERP or financial systems
• Danish language required
• Excellent communication skills and proactive mindset
