  • Define OKR governance, prepare and facilitate regular reporting, business reviews and meetings
  • Lead communication about strategic focus areas and progress across the wider Nordics organization
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to inform decision-making and recommend strategic shifts
  • Work across the organization to identify, scope and deliver high-impact strategic business initiatives, with a focus on leading the early project stages (analysis and business case development)
  • Lead the execution of high-priority strategic roadmap when required, coordinating across functions to ensure clarity, alignment and delivery quality
  • Support cross-functional leaders in critical areas with ad hoc analysis, problem solving and project management
  • Lead local sustainability reporting and act as the point of contact between the international sustainability team and Nordic functions
  • Coach and develop your direct report, and contribute to building strong analytical and executional capabilities within the team

What You’ll Bring (Your Ingredients)

  • BSc/MSc in Business, Economics or another quantitative field of study
  • A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate strategy, chief of staff, business development or similar in a high performance environment
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills including a proven track record of managing simultaneous priorities and cross-functional projects
  • Expert-level problem solving skills with the ability to take complex, ambiguous problems and break them down into structured plans and actions
  • Solid business understanding coupled with strong analytical mindset and capabilities
  • Experience managing and developing talent, fostering a supportive and high-performance culture
  • Fluency in English, with strong written & verbal communication
