In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in owning the integrity of our inventory accounting and acting as a strategic business partner to our Operations and Supply Chain teams. You will not just be inputting data. You will serve as the gatekeeper of our unit costs, ensuring every penny of landed cost is captured and that every stock movement is accurately reflected in our financial systems.

What you’ll do
- End-to-End Inventory Ownership: Take full responsibility for the inventorylifecycle within our ERP and accounting systems, ensuring our stock valuation is always "audit-ready."
- The 3-Way Match: Execute the essential 3-way match process (Purchase Order vs. Goods Received vs. Invoice) to ensure we only pay for exactly what we receive.
- Landed Cost Mastery: Accurate booking of all landed costs (freight, duties, logistics) to ensure our COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) reflects the true reality of bringing products to market.
- Pricing Integrity: Conduct rigorous checks of unit prices and landed costs against source invoices and master price lists to identify and resolve discrepancies immediately.
- ERP Management: Act as the finance "super-user" for our ERP, maintaining all accounting entries related to stock and identifying ways to better integrate our systems.
- Supply Chain Business Partnering: Work hand-in-hand with the Operations team to troubleshoot supply chain workflows, improve reporting, and provide visibility on stock-related spend
What you’ll bring
- 2–4+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain Finance, preferably within a product-based or inventory-driven business
- Hands-on experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Fulfil, Cin7, or similar inventory management platforms Strong understanding of inventory accounting principles, including stock valuation, landed costs, and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
- Experience performing 3-way matching (Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, and Invoice) and investigating discrepancies in procurement or supplier invoices
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manage reconciliations, cost tracking, and financial data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate financial records and ensure inventory data integrity across finance and operational systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating with Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain teams
- Highly detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
