What you´ll do

  • Prototype new ideas for early testing, and create wireframes for user testing
  • Create, manage, and share the user experience vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • Represent the voice of the customer throughout the design process
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
  • Ensure a holistic view of the user experience which includes legal, data privacy, and compliance consideration
  • Advocate for UX within Henkel

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience; design certificates desirable
  • Proven expertise in creating user-centered designs from ideation to implementation
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with AI-enabled design tools and methodologies
  • Excellent English language skills; German language skill is a plus
