Prototype new ideas for early testing, and create wireframes for user testing
Create, manage, and share the user experience vision, strategy, and roadmap
Conduct user research to understand customer needs and pain points
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
Represent the voice of the customer throughout the design process
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
Ensure a holistic view of the user experience which includes legal, data privacy, and compliance consideration
Advocate for UX within Henkel

What makes you a good fit

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience; design certificates desirable
Proven expertise in creating user-centered designs from ideation to implementation
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Experience with AI-enabled design tools and methodologies
Excellent English language skills; German language skill is a plus
