What you´ll do

  • Supports day today administration of employee benefit plans across NA (US and Canada)
  • Monitors weekly integration files to vendor partners and makes updates as needed to ensure data accuracy
  • Completes any weekly funding and reconciliation processes to ensure timely and accurate operations, researching and correcting errors
  • Research and resolve monthly discrepancies to ensure accurate participant records in payroll and benefit systems
  • Ensure data integrity across HR, payroll and vendor platforms through regular audits and updates
  • Coordinate distribution of required participant communications
  • Facilitate, track and support payment processing and invoice approvals
  • Perform general benefits compliance activities, ensuring adherence to federal, state and provincial regulations
  • Oversight of internally administered benefits with service center

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelors preferred in finance, business analytics, or actuarial science.
  • Excellent proficiency with HRIS systems and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong understanding of benefits compliance and regulatory filing requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 - $95,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
