About this Position:The incumbent is responsible for executing production activities in accordance with the approved schedule and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role ensures full compliance with quality and quantity targets, maintains workplace safety and housekeeping standards, and promptly reports any production abnormalities. The position requires strict adherence to operational, quality, and safety standards while maintaining accurate production documentation.

What you´ll do:

• Follow SHE and 5S requirements in the bulk preparation and filling area.
• Maintain calibration and safety records.
• Inspect equipment and raw materials according to the production plan.
• Comply with ISO/TS 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
• Operate production equipment independently according to SOPs and work instructions.
• Execute production orders and transfer materials using the system.
• Monitor output quality and segregate non-conforming products.
• Record daily production data accurately.
• Manufacture bulk batches according to the production plan.
• Operate equipment, utilities, cleaning agents, and testing devices safely.
• Report deviations, defects, or safety issues immediately.
  
  

What makes you a good fit:

• Minimum 3 years of work experience with MSC in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering
• Should be good with basic verbal communication skills
• To work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels.
• Basic computer skills, who will run the automated production lines.
• Knowledge of firefighting, first aid measures, emergency preparedness and functional skills.
