About this Position:The incumbent will be responsible for managing operations at factory with efficient production and high-quality products

What you´ll do:

• Delivers against plant performance KPIs, budget and projects
• Sets up and executes development plans for plant personnel
• Ensure operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
• Manage Batch wise processes of various Engineering Adhesives & sealants.
• Filling & packing of various Products into respective packs.
• Selected individuals will manage production activities in shifts.
• Understanding manufacturing processes / equipment, and troubleshooting / failure analysis.
  
  

What makes you a good fit:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing preferably in an adhesive/ Paint/ Chemical environment with B.E. Chemical Engineering
• Strong People management and interpersonal skills, proven leadership, sense of urgency, self-starter – takes the initiative.
• Strong inclination towards Safety & Quality
• Monitoring & Adhering to Production Plans.
• Coordinating with concern department for achieving organization KPIs
• Planning & Assigning work workmen and subordinate to render better services, keep all workforce motivated to ensure high level of quality consciousness, team spirit, optimum utilization of spares, cost control, etc.
• Maintenance of TS 16969, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001,5S which are in place at the Company and maintain documents, records, Driving 5S & lean related activities.
