What You´ll Do

  • Lead and deliver special projects on behalf of the General Manager, coordinating cross-functional resources, managing timelines, and ensuring successful outcomes
  • Develop and own executive-level presentations and briefing materials, creating high-quality decks and content with minimal oversight and a strong focus on clarity, storyline, and impact
  • Serve as point of contact between leadership and global stakeholders, ensure timely, accurate, and strategic communications
  • Independently execute a broad range of administrative and operational activities, exercising sound judgment and discretion in alignment with company policies, procedures, and business priorities, with minimal direction
  • Provide department- and project-level financial oversight, including monitoring budget spend, initiating and approving requisitions and invoices, identifying variances, and partnering with Finance to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Independently research, analyze, and develop special reports, financial summaries, executive presentations, and organizational materials, synthesizing complex information into clear, decision-ready outputs
  • Own business travel logistics for the leadership team and key guests, proactively managing complex itineraries and ensuring timely, accurate, and policy-compliant expense submission and reconciliation
  • Play a key role in strategic planning by supporting the development, execution, and tracking of business initiatives, proactively monitoring milestones, risks, and dependencies, and providing regular progress updates

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or related field preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant, project management, or business operations role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
  • Proven experience in project management, with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong financial acumen — ability to consolidate inputs, track budgets, and present financial data clearly
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, handle confidential information, and work with senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to travel to special brand events, shows, etc.

The salary for this role is $70,000.00- $75,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
