About this Position: This position is responsible for operating machinery and supporting overall production management to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality manufacturing processes.

What you´ll do:

• Operate machines and production equipment safely and efficiently, following established procedures and work instructions.
• Set up, calibrate, and adjust equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
• Monitor product quality during production and identify, segregate, or rework defective items as required.
• Maintain accurate daily production records to support performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards in all production activities.

• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• Diploma in Chemical / Automobile
• Technical abilities like equipment operation, Autonomous maintenance, Quality control
• Soft skills such as communication, problem solving and teamwork
• Basic knowledge of chemistry and Math for calculation
