What You´ll Do
- Deliver operational excellence: manage warehouse and transportation externally operated by 3PL, manage the flow, and control the CHEP flow, ensure the highest delivery service and manage copacking activities
- Coordinate, motivate and distribute workload at Local Logistic team
- Monitor logistics costs to maintain budgetary efficiency
- Identify measures to improve logistical efficiency in customer deliveries
- Steers market logistics regarding minimization of Logistics costs in accordance with the agreed service level target
- Leads and drives sustainability initiatives projects at a local level
- Acts as key market responsible for logistics purchasing agreements and local related tendering
- Manages performance and measures the impact of the digitized supply chain with the help of big data, KPIs and integrated systems
- Active representation of Henkel logistics within market, in national and international, internal and external bodies and working groups
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration
- At least 2-5 years of professional experience in a similar job
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, warehouse operations, and inventory control.
- Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis)
- Experience with ERP systems and logistics software (SAP, WMS, or similar)
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
