About this Position The Logistics Coordinator owns end-to-end logistics operations for Henkel Consumer Brands ANZ in New Zealand, managing everything from inbound receipt and warehousing through to final customer delivery. Acting as the primary on-the-ground logistics representative, the role partners closely with 3PLs, freight providers, and key customers to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and strong service, cost, and inventory performance.

- Own end-to-end logistics operations in New Zealand, covering inbound receipt, warehousing, transport, and final customer delivery.
- Act as Henkel’s primary on-the-ground logistics representative in New Zealand, leading day-to-day execution with 3PLs, carriers, freight forwarders, and co-packers.
- Drive logistics governance and performance management through KPI tracking, operational reviews, site visits, and structured partner engagement.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across warehousing, transport, and inventory, translating performance insights into measurable improvement actions.
- Own inventory accuracy across Henkel systems and 3PL warehouses, including annual stock takes, discrepancy resolution, and root-cause analysis.
- Serve as the primary logistics escalation point for customers, leading proactive performance discussions and resolving recurring service or delivery issues.
- Manage logistics costs in line with budgets and service targets, including invoice verification, tendering support, and contract optimisation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Planning, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, and regional teams to ensure integrated and compliant supply chain execution.
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a logistics, supply chain, or operations coordination role
- Proven capability in managing end-to-end logistics operations across warehousing, transport, and distribution
- Strong logistics governance, performance management, and KPI-driven execution
- Demonstrated focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Customer-facing experience with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- High level of ownership, autonomy, and analytical problem-solving ability
