About this Position The Logistics, Planning & Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of Henkel’s end‑to‑end supply chain processes. By safeguarding data quality, supporting freight‑related financial accuracy, and coordinating operational workflows, this role helps maintain seamless logistics execution and supports informed decision‑making across the business. You will be part of a collaborative operations team that works closely with transport planning, procurement, finance, and other cross‑functional partners. The environment is dynamic and detail‑oriented, offering opportunities to improve processes, strengthen data discipline, and directly contribute to service excellence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced supply chain setting, solving issues with accuracy and logic, and supporting continuous improvement across logistics, planning, and operations

What You´ll Do

  • Execute daily operational tasks related to freight invoicing, transport planning, purchase order management, and reporting
  • Monitor and follow up on supplier payment terms to ensure timely and accurate processing of freight-related invoices
  • Validate that tariffs applied on freight documents match negotiated agreements to prevent cost deviations and maintain budget accuracy
  • Ensures data quality and timely delivery of Supply Chain reports
  • Provide process and technical expertise to the business, serving as a reliable point of contact for freight billing inquiries and operational support
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies, improve workflows, and uphold service excellence in logistics, planning & operations

What makes you a good fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance, Business Management, Computer Science or Engineering is a plus
  • Minimum of one (1) year related work experience in logistics, transport planning, freight invoice billing verification, purchase orders management, and Supply Chain reporting
  • Proficiency in English verbal and written communication is required
  • Knowledgeable in SAP, and Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Skills in PowerBI, Power Automate, SQL, and other automation tools is highly preferred
  • Must be a team player, with great attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and strong organizational skills; With high attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage and analyze large volumes of data
  • Amenable to work on a night-shift schedule (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
