About This Position

• Manage the related people with respect to output, quality, efficiency and cost, Production OTIF, RFT, Inventory Accuracy & Cost Saving, SHE, etc.
• In responsible Production area to ensure compliance with Henkel SHEQ system company wide.
• Ensure both Henkel and local SHE regulations/standards is should adhered.
• Good people and workshop culture development.
  
  

What you´ll do

• Take responsibility for production line's process, SHE, quality activities.
• 0 SHE incident，0 lost time case, 0 PSI case.
• People safety & quality & cost awareness enhancement, People & Org development.
• Off-spec batch and customer compliant management.
• Processing cost & Yield control.
• MSA & continuous improvement.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor degree, Master is preferred. Major in Chemical or Chemistry & Petrochemical.
• 3-6 years working year, +2 year for people management.
• Fluent English communication.
• Computer skill.
