About this Position The Customer Service Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring that every customer order moves smoothly through our supply chain—accurately, efficiently, and on time. This position helps safeguard the reliability of our order‑to‑cash process by managing critical touchpoints such as order validation, exception handling, delivery coordination, and issue resolution. Your work directly impacts customer satisfaction and reinforces our commitment to operational excellence. You’ll be part of a collaborative Customer Excellence team that thrives on problem‑solving, continuous improvement, and supporting each other to deliver outstanding service. Working closely with internal partners across logistics, finance, and customer service, you’ll help maintain seamless transaction flows while identifying opportunities to enhance systems and processes. What You´ll Do

- Steer customer orders to ensure on‑time and complete delivery, including handling airfreight/rush orders when required
- Create and validate manual orders, ensuring accuracy through proper pre‑checks
- Handle SOP, EDI, and Delivery Note (DN) transactions, including manual intervention in case of inconsistencies
- Coordinate exceptions, claims, and return handling with internal teams and business partners
- Manage reporting of open orders and open shipments, maintaining visibility of customer deliveries
- Ensure proper financial flow steering throughout the order‑to‑cash process
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, including testing systems and tools to enhance quality and efficiency
- Bachelor's Degree in any field; preferably related in business course
- Preferably with at least one (1) year related work experience in Customer Service; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Advance Knowledge in MS Office Suites (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required; Experience in SAP (SD module), Salesforce, order processing knowledge is an advantage
- Proficiency in English verbal and written communication; Must be detail‑oriented, adaptable, and a strong team player with a professional attitude
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (2:00 PM to 11:00 PM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
