What You´ll Do
- Own and develop strategic customer accounts, acting as the main commercial reference
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and partnership models
- Define and execute commercial plans focused on growth, profitability, and sell-out
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Supply, Trade)
- Monitor performance across P&L, margins, and commercial investments
- Around 7–10 years of commercial experience, with solid seniority in Key Account Management
- Hands-on background, comfortable operating close to the customer and the business
- Experience in FMCG, retail, distribution, DIY, home improvement or building materials
- Proven exposure to organized retail and strategic customers in competitive environments
- Strong track record in high-complexity negotiations
- Analytical, commercially sharp, and results-driven
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree | MBA/postgraduate valued
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
