About this Position This role provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the General Manager while coordinating key meetings, events, and executive communication. In parallel, it contributes to strategic, cross‑functional projects—particularly DEI initiatives—and builds capabilities for future core commercial roles.

What You´ll Do

  • As the Project Management Assistant, you will drive DEI activation for HCB Korea as a core team member.
  • Co‑create materials and presentations for functions and senior management.
  • Support cross‑functional, high‑impact projects and provide administrative assistance as needed.
  • Build commercial capabilities to prepare for future core commercial roles.
  • As the General Manager Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the GM with minimal supervision, in line with company policies and guidelines.
  • Organize and support management meetings, townhalls, company events, and business workshops.
  • Coordinate and facilitate core team meetings, including preparation, follow‑ups, and logistical arrangements for global and regional visitors.
  • Assist with managing the GM’s schedule, expenses, and additional administrative tasks, including support for the Head of Professional when needed.

  • Strong communication skills in both Korean and English are required.
  • Excellent command of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) is essential.
