What You´ll Do

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and execute new adhesive technology/product development projects especially in battery applications.
• Work closely with global and regional customers and supplier partners to find new collaboration opportunities and troubleshoot problems.
• Lead innovation projects independently with ownership.
• Strengthen Henkel’s IP through patent development in area of competence.
• Contribute to new technology, digitalization, automation, sustainability and diversity.
• Ensure compliance with Henkel corporate SHE and 5S standards, policies and procedures and manage the daily lab SHE work.
• Support operation on product scale-up, process optimization and quality.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• PhD degree in physical chemistry, electrochemistry, polymer chemistry, material science.
• 3+ yrs experience in battery material is preferred.
