What You´ll Do
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and execute new adhesive technology/product development projects especially in battery applications.
- Work closely with global and regional customers and supplier partners to find new collaboration opportunities and troubleshoot problems.
- Lead innovation projects independently with ownership.
- Strengthen Henkel’s IP through patent development in area of competence.
- Contribute to new technology, digitalization, automation, sustainability and diversity.
- Ensure compliance with Henkel corporate SHE and 5S standards, policies and procedures and manage the daily lab SHE work.
- Support operation on product scale-up, process optimization and quality.
- Access to the front edge technology development with customers on in cell material.
- Development of leadership as the future leader for adhesive technology.
- Closely collaboration with global experts and empower you to fast learning in the technology for battery applications.
- PhD degree in physical chemistry, electrochemistry, polymer chemistry, material science.
- 3+ yrs experience in battery material is preferred.
- Fluence in English.
