About this Position Henkel Beauty Care Professional is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll lead the strategic development and execution of brand plans that drive growth, market share, and consumer engagement. The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for shaping brand identity, positioning, and performance through effective marketing campaigns, product innovation, promotional activity and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This role is a 12-month maternity leave cover with possibility of extension/permanency.

- Develop and execute the annual brand calendar, go-to-market strategies, and 360° campaigns, including new product launches and activations.
- Leverage market insights and trends to optimise performance while aligning with global guidelines and local relevance.
- Lead clear, consistent brand communications across trade, retail, social, and digital channels; approve all creative assets and messaging.
- Manage media, trade, and stakeholder relationships to amplify brand presence and ensure premium brand execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, education, supply chain, global teams, and agencies, lead briefings and key planning forums.
- Track and manage brand KPIs, promotional budgets, pricing, and forecasting to deliver revenue growth and ROI.
- Partner with supply chain to oversee forecasts, promotional setup, stock management, and launch readiness.
- Analyse campaign performance, competitor activity, and market data to provide actionable insights and inform future strategy.
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in marketing, brand or communications role.
- Background in industries such as FMCG, beauty care, or media/creative agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
