What You´ll Do
- KAM role to develop new opportunities in designated OEM accounts.
- Drive spec-in in focused OEM accounts and connect with territory sales to generate sales in respected tier-1 and EMS.
- Develop high level engagement opportunities with key stake holder in OEMs.
- OEM supply chain mapping to connect OEM level spec-in and sourcing at tier-1/EMS.
- Develop customer technology roadmap to drive new product development internally for mid-to-long term opportunities.
- Manage portfolio with BDs to for sustainable business in the market.
- Executes customer roadmap and manages / closes respective CRM tool (ACE) growth opportunities.
- Executes pricing actions.
- Provide input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in focused OEM accounts.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering, Chemistry.
- Experienced in a multinational environment with 5+ years of relevant business experience in the fields of pricing, sales excellence or marketing.
- Strong stakeholder management as well as excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to convince on different management level up to senior management.
- Strong analytical skills for fact and data base decision making to realize measurable results.
- Well-developed change management skills as well as project execution.
- Automotive industry experience, EV experience is preferred.
- Automotive OEM level management, material science or OEM experience is preferred.
- KAM experience with spec-in practice.
- Automotive and/or consumer electronics supply chain experience.
- Identifying key player roles.
- Networking/social selling.
- Territory/portfolio management.
- Value selling experience in the Chemical Industry or B2B is useful.
