About this Position As a Credit Analyst, you will be instrumental in safeguarding the financial health of our organization by evaluating and establishing customer credit accounts. Your careful analysis of credit reports and adherence to corporate standards will allow you to determine appropriate credit limits and risk classifications. You will join a collaborative team that prides itself on maintaining strong communication across various departments, reporting directly to the Team Lead and working closely with the Regional Credit Manager. What You´ll Do
What You´ll Do
- Review and establish new customer accounts in SAP, including determining credit limits and risk classes based on credit reports and in compliance with Corporate Standards
- Conduct periodic reviews of existing customer accounts, provide well-founded approval recommendations and approve credit limit changes and order releases within the delegated authority
- Review for releasing credit hold orders for new and existing customers in alignment with credit management guidelines
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of core credit risk processes, process controls, and management reports in line with Corporate Standards
- Support Team Lead/Manager, Regional Credit Manager, and Regional Head of Process with credit risk matters and other stakeholders
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related courses
- With at least two (2) years related work experience in Credit Risk Analysis; Experience in Credit Management and Accounts Receivable process are highly preferred
- Intermediate to advance knowledge in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint); preferably with knowledge in MS Access, Power BI and any Credit Management reporting tools
- Highly analytical and with strong attention to details
- Ability to understand and address business requirements; Experience in service delivery management 6. Proficient in both verbal and written English communication
- Amenable to work on a night shift schedule (9:00 PM to 6:00 AM), and following US holidays, and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati
