About This Position
- Utilize the systematic qualified distributors as integrated multipliers to scale channel excellence into the market.
- Central contact for APAC / Global channel excellence.
- Actively work with sales and channel team to roll out and optimize channel excellence in terms of categorization, scaling strength, learning/upskilling and awards/rewards according to different archetypes, simulate and dynamic adjust per each archetype.
- Be responsible for one specific sales region to manage channel in terms of new channel scouting, top/middle channel upskilling and longtail termination.
- Lead distributor engagement events such as advisory council, 3+X upskilling etc. Manage distributor profiling/master data. Enhance distributor management and engagement portal (AD Hub) on designing new functionalities of learning/upskilling, performance and points redemption center.
- 5+ years of experience in channel excellence in B2B industry with proven track record, 2+ years of experience in channel management.
- Strategic thinking and business analytical skills; Solid experience & insights of channel excellence & digital focus, high networking and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
