What You´ll Do

• Lead site-level execution and supervision of waterproofing systems, ensuring correct application methods, quality control, and compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Serve as the senior technical representative on-site, conducting high-level meetings with consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve technical matters and secure agreed solutions.
• Diagnose and solve complex on-site technical and application challenges, providing immediate and practical solutions to ensure project continuity.
• Conduct site inspections, trials, and performance validations to confirm waterproofing system performance and durability.
• Deliver on-site technical training and workshops for applicators, contractors, and project teams to ensure proper installation practices and knowledge transfer.
• Meet customers and project stakeholders to recommend the most suitable waterproofing solutions based on project conditions, technical requirements, and site realities.
• Develop site-specific and country-specific solution adaptations considering climate, substrate conditions, and construction methodologies.
• Work on project technical proposals, study drawings, and provide technical input for solution design.
• Handle all project-related submissions, technical documentation, and approval processes.
• Prepare technical site reports, inspection records, and feedback to support continuous improvement and alignment with the Technical Manager.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in waterproofing or construction chemicals with strong site execution and technical support exposure.
• Hands-on experience with bituminous membranes, fully bonded systems, and liquid-applied waterproofing technologies.
• Proven ability to lead site meetings and manage technical discussions with consultants and contractors.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to make independent site decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
