About This Position

• Product development: focus on innovation for automotive components market, functional coatings, provide technical support to customers.
• Work well in the team environment and work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
• Understand automotive applications, market trends and customer needs.

What you´ll do

• Drive Innovation & Product development on functional coatings, especially PCB conformal coating.
• Propose and develop solutions which are strategically aligned with market and customer needs.
• Support TCS and business team on solving technical problem and providing trouble shooting and technical Solution if required.
• Secures IP position in own area of development.
• Lead lab management, lab safety, 5s, housekeeping.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing, quality and business teams.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Ph.D. or MS in Chemistry, Materials Science, or other relevant technical fields are required.
• 5+ years of functional coating development experience, conformal coating development experience is preferred.
• Strong track record in new product development from concepts to commercial success.
• At least 5 years’ experience in product development for functional coating.
• Experience in PCB conformal coating application is preferred.
• Experience in new product pilot and production scale-up is required.
• Good communication skills among cross functional teams.
• Fluent English both in written and oral.
