About This Position

• Packaging excellence PD manager to lead project management, product innovation and cost optimization.
• Strong leadership and strategy to drive Packaging excellence innovation aligned with global team.
• Collaborate closely with the corresponding stakeholders and associated customers and external parties.
  
  

What you´ll do

• Technical leadership to improve regional product excellence.
• Lead MOC project management, project pipeline planning and steer collaboration with ASC team.
• Technical representative in TPTs and COGS and support PPM team to drive COGS delivery.
• Manufacturing technical support for quality improvement, troubleshooting and customer complaints.
• Supplier collaboration with procurement team to achieve product maintenance and optimization.
  
  

What makes you a good fit

• Master or PhD preferred in Polymer, Material and Chemistry.
• English fluent for daily communication.
• Experience in packaging industry and adhesive technical background preferred.
• Quick learner, open-minded and good communication skills.
